When buying or selling real estate you need someone who is going to be honest, transparent, and consistent from start to finish. You also need someone that is knowledgeable, resourceful, and highly communicative. No one likes a salesman and I just so happen to be terrible at selling. I'm not looking to sell you a house. Houses either sell themselves or don't. I'm also not looking to overprice your listing just so I can put my sign in the yard. I'll tell you what similar homes are selling for so we price it right and sell it quickly. Simply put, my specialty is guiding you through the buying or selling process and getting you to the closing table as efficiently as possible.
