Let’s not sugarcoat it - most realtors suck! The barrier of entry into the profession is too low and there are far too many agents who are only looking for their next commission check. As a result, the needs of their clients come last and that’s an unfortunate reality of our industry. I’m here to change that.

When buying or selling real estate you need someone who is going to be honest, transparent, and communicative from start to finish. You also need someone that is experienced, knowledgeable, and resourceful. I invest in real estate so I know what it feels like to be both a buyer and seller. I have taken houses slated for demolition and restored them to their former glory. I have helped developers with land acquisition and design plans. I’ve helped investors build multimillion dollar portfolios and conduct 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. I’ve helped numerous first-time buyers become homeowners. I have helped Baby Boomers and Gen Xers downsize from their lifelong homes into more suitable housing. Helping others is my thing and my friends and clients say that I’ve got a guy (or girl) for everything. I’m here to be your guide throughout the entire journey that is buying and selling real estate.
